Grey Whale and Standing One – New Painting!
Wow! I’ve never seen an owl this close in the wild. 🙂 I was just walking along near Swan Lake and out of the corner of my eye, I saw wings fly up into the trees and foliage. I thought it was a falcon at first but it was an owl – and in the daytime.
I took this video, looking for it, and because it camouflages so well, I didn’t even know it was in the picture frame. It’s at the very bottom of the screen (in the middle).
